Brussels to hold major scientific festival

‘I Love Science Festival’ will be held from 14 to 16 October in Brussels. Experiments, laboratories, events, workshops, and exhibitions will be opened for everyone. The entrance is free every day. But on Friday lovers of science can access many seminars only with pre-registration.

This year the festival will immerse visitors in the world of science, innovation, and technology for the fourth time. It will be full of interactive stands, anything from drones to augmented reality, all the way to space, artificial intelligence, robots, and environmental experiments. The aim of setting up activities and entertainment is to ‘awaken the scientist in everyone,’ according to its organizers.

The event will take place in ‘Tour & Taxis’, which is a large former industrial site in Brussels. A snack bar and a cloakroom will be available at the festival as well as a picnic area where participants can enjoy the food they brought.

The technological bike parking will be free for visitors. The system works in a special way: after the bike is parked, its owner receives an SMS code that will be used at the exit when they pick up their bike after the event.
