More and more seniors suffer from loneliness in Flanders. To combat this, the spaghetti solidarity is organized annually in Brussels. People or organizations can open their doors to sell spaghetti themselves and the proceeds will then go to help seniors suffering from loneliness. This year’s edition was organized by the charity organisation Accolage and was the most successful spaghetti solidarity yet.
