Google services, such as Gmail, Google Docs, and YouTube, all appear to be down in several countries, including Belgium. According to Downdetector, there has been a massive increase in reports of outages regarding Google services as of 12:30 PM.  

Users as far as South Africa are reporting problems, and the hashtag #YouTubeDOWN started trending almost immediately. However, the status page of Google’s services shows that all of their services are experiencing problems right now.

Smart Home gadgets that use Google Assistant also seem down for the count, as well as multiple companies that rely on Google Workspace. There is no word yet of when it will be fixed, but Google is working on the problem. As of now, YouTube seems to be available again, however, no there has been no official word from YouTube.
